The website is provided by Placement Findr Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15997721. Our registered office is Charter Buildings, 9 Ashton Lane, Sale, Greater Manchester, England, M33 6WT.

These website terms do not replace Placement Findr’s separate written agreements with Care Providers, Local Authorities, Property Partners, landlords, suppliers or other business partners. Any placement, booking, lease, sourcing arrangement or commercial relationship will be governed by the relevant written agreement or terms agreed between the parties.

2. About Placement Findr

Placement Findr operates as a property and accommodation platform/intermediary. We help connect Care Providers, Local Authorities, supported living organisations and relevant organisations with accommodation options and Property Partners.

Placement Findr does not provide care, support, clinical services, social work services, regulated placement services, property management services, safeguarding assessments, risk assessments, DoLS assessments, staffing, supervision or emergency services.

The relevant Care Provider, Local Authority, Property Partner, landlord, contractor or appointed professional remains responsible for their own legal, regulatory, safeguarding, clinical, operational, staffing and property-related duties.

3. Website information

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content, property information, availability, pricing, service descriptions or third-party information will always be complete, accurate or current.

Nothing on this website is intended to be legal, financial, property, planning, fire safety, care, safeguarding, clinical, regulatory, tax or professional advice. You should obtain your own professional advice where required.

4. Enquiries and requests

Submitting an enquiry, form or request through the website does not guarantee acceptance, availability, suitability, placement confirmation, property reservation or the creation of a contract.

Any accommodation or property information shared through or following use of the website is subject to availability, further checks, provider approval, Property Partner confirmation, relevant terms and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Care Providers and Local Authorities are responsible for assessing whether any accommodation is suitable for the individual, including care, support, risk, safeguarding, staffing, behavioural, DoLS, health, education, transport, location and placement-specific requirements.

Property Partners remain responsible for property ownership/management matters, property compliance and any duties that apply to them as landlords, hosts, operators, responsible persons or property owners.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or refer to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, policies or practices of third-party websites, platforms, providers or organisations.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all website content, branding, wording, structure, graphics, logos, documents and materials belong to Placement Findr or are used with permission. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
